Futures Whakatipu – for young people aged 5-18 to learn and play golf and develop a lifelong love of the game

Golf is a fun, physical activity that teaches valuable life and social skills, empowering young people to achieve their goals and enrich their lives through sport.

Futures Whakatipu is an evolution of Wakatipu Junior Golf Club where golf clubs and facilities in the Wakatipu Basin are combining resources to provide affordable learn and play opportunities for all young people in Queenstown.

Join as a member of Futures Whakatipu to receive access to play at participating golf clubs and facilities, free coaching programmes, and subsidized events held across the Wakatipu Basin that are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Parents of any Futures Whakatipu member may also sign up to a parent membership and play with their child.

Futures Whakatipu has an annual joining fee of $125.
